Enrich Environmental Limited operates two composting facilities in Larch Hill, Kilcock, Co. Meath, and Windtown, Summerhill, Co. Meath. We are currently looking to add a Fitter/Welder to our team to manage and maintain our expanding range of plant and equipment.

Core responsibilities

• Welding - MIG welding experience required.
• Fabricating - must have experience of light fabrication.
• Fit and assembly - including lay out, position, and aligning parts.
• Diagnostics - fault finding and ability to interpret wiring diagrams.
• Machinery Servicing and Preventative Maintenance.
• Manage spare parts inventory.
• Ensure safety - adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and hazards.

Essential skills and qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge
• Proficiency in various welding techniques
• Experience in designing preventative maintenance programmes
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and machinery manuals
• Problem-solving skills
• Precision and attention to detail including in record keeping

The person appointed will be required to work flexible hours to fit with the Company's operational requirements.
