Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

• Ensuring that the standards set in relevant legislation are maintained to guarantee ongoing accreditation of client-carrying vehicles
• Documenting accreditation procedures for internal and, where applicable, external auditing.
• Prepare and monitor vehicle maintenance budgets for client-carrying vehicles.
• Working with key stakeholders to maintain the safety and security of Scope's client-carrying transport fleet and ensuring maintenance and repairs are carried out with minimal disruption to services.
• Managing and triaging the Fleet Administration inbox

• Current Australian Drivers Licence
• Understanding of vehicle maintenance
• Process improvement and change management experience
• Proven experience in management of complex transport arrangements
• Proven experience working collaboratively with a variety of internal and external service providers.
