Fleet Coordinator

Autoleague are seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team at Midland City Nissan and Isuzu UTE.

The Role:

• Coordinating the delivery and collection of fleet vehicles from off-site suppliers.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Handling administrative tasks such as processing paperwork and updating spreadsheets with precision.
• Maintaining a high attention to detail to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Contacting clients to schedule vehicle deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Collaborating with multiple departments to drive efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

About you:

• Experience in fleet management, automotive sales, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Previous administrative experience in a dealership setting (preferred but not required).
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
