WHAT DOES A FLEET FOREMAN DO?

As a Full-Time Fleet Foreman with the City of Pharr, you will be responsible for the meticulous daily inspection of fleet vehicles, ensuring that fluids, tires, gauges, and electrical systems are in optimal condition. Your role includes documenting and recording all maintenance and service activities, as well as coordinating and transporting vehicles to arranged service locations. You will also engage in minor cleaning duties to maintain the fleet's appearance and ensure compliance with vehicle registration protocols.

Additionally, you will document daily reports detailing fleet activity and performance across various divisions, making you a vital contributor to our operational efficiency and customer-centric mission.
