Job Overview
SkyLink Logistics & Transportation is seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Management Coordinator to oversee and optimize our vehicle operations. In this role, you will coordinate maintenance schedules, monitor fleet performance, support driver compliance, and manage administrative tasks such as billing, reporting, and equipment tracking. Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with overseeing the maintenance and operation of a company's fleet of vehicles.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for optimizing fleet performance, such as fuel efficiency and maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinating to Ensure compliance with regulations and standards related to vehicle operation, safety, and emissions.
  • Monitoring and analyzing fleet data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost-saving measures.
  • Coordinating with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to address issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Handling administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, processing invoices, and managing budgets related to fleet operations, including but not limited to managing devices and vehicles' replacements, monthly reporting, billing consolidation, and identifying weekends/holiday usage.
  • Implementing and maintaining fleet management software systems to track vehicles, maintenance schedules, and expenses, such as tracking the movement of equipment informing the FA manager and keeping updated logs of the status of equipment.
  • Providing support and guidance to drivers regarding safety protocols, regulations, and proper vehicle use.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and finance, to ensure alignment of fleet operations with overall organizational goals and strategies.

Requirements

  • Having a Commercial Driver’s License is an asset.
  • Sense of Analysis: Applicants are required to tackle problems to find several possible solutions by using in-depth reflection, their knowledge and previous experiences;
  • Willingness to Learn: Applicants are intellectually curious and open to evolution. It's a team player and encourages collaboration with your colleagues to facilitate learning.
  • Rigor and Attention to Detail: Meticulous and accurate, you ensure the accuracy of the information provided and are very vigorous in terms of follow-up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

  • Overtime pay

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
