Job Description:

Responsible for issuing , reissuing Air tickets for all customers.

Handling schedule changes for flights, hotels, or other travel bookings, potentially working with airlines or other suppliers to rebook passengers on alternate flights or accommodations.

To confirm waitlisted seats by monitoring flights and liaising with the airlines.

Monitor and manage GDS queues.

Ensure quality check and queries to be resolved within TAT.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 Years of experience in Issuing and reissuing Tickets on CRS Amadeus and Sabre.

Excellent communication , good customer service & leadership skills.

Willingness to work under UK shift timing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
