Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute age-appropriate educational plans and activities tailored to preschool children.
- Cultivate a secure and nurturing atmosphere conducive to children's learning and personal growth.
- Encourage holistic development encompassing social, emotional, cognitive, and physical facets through interactive learning.
- Assess individual progress of each child, pinpointing areas for enhancement and delivering personalized assistance.
- Collaborate closely with parents and guardians, ensuring transparent communication and active participation in their child's educational journey.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization within the classroom environment.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caring for infants in either daycare or educational contexts.
- Profound understanding of early childhood education principles and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to craft stimulating lesson plans fostering learning and growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and peers.
- Familiarity with implementing early intervention techniques for children with special needs is advantageous.
