Overview
We are seeking a high-performing and forward-thinking Floor Manager (FM) to lead one of our restaurants. This position starts as a Floor Manager, with the potential to grow into a General Manager. The selected candidate would execute all the responsibilities in the job description gradually. The GM is the heartbeat of the store, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, leading people, and ensuring flawless day-to-day operations.

Your Role & Impact
The General Manager is the full owner of the restaurant. You are responsible for:

You run the store as if it were your own business.
Core Responsibilities
1. Leadership & People Management
- Lead, motivate, and coach your FOH & BOH teams to deliver excellence every day.
- Conduct recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training.
- Create a culture of accountability, respect, teamwork, and performance.
- Build weekly schedules that balance service quality and labor cost targets.
- Manage performance: praise success, address issues early, and hold people accountable.
2. Operational Excellence
- Oversee all daily operations: opening, mid-shift, closing, and service.
- Ensure SOPs, food safety standards, cleanliness, and hygiene are always followed.
- Guarantee speed of service and smooth guest experience during peak hours.
- Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs proactively.
- Ensure full compliance with corporate and franchise standards.
3. Financial Management & KPIs
You are financially responsible for the restaurant’s success.
- Monitor and control food cost, labor cost, waste, and margins.
- Analyze daily POS reports and adjust operations accordingly.
- Manage weekly forecasts, sales projections, and target achievements.
- Reduce waste, improve yield, and enforce inventory procedures.
- Ensure cash handling accuracy and deposit controls.
4. Inventory & Ordering
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper inventory counts.
- Place weekly orders based on forecasts and store demand.
- Work closely with warehouse, approved vendors and logistics teams.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO and reduce improper usage or loss.
5. Customer Experience & Brand Standards
- Ensure every guest receives an outstanding experience.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and quickly.
- Maintain brand standards for ambiance, presentation, cleanliness, and service.
- Train staff on hospitality and guest interaction.
6. Problem-Solving & Crisis Response
- Be the first point of escalation for operational challenges.
- Troubleshoot issues related to staff, equipment, suppliers, or customers.
- Anticipate problems before they arise and implement preventative actions.
- Follow the escalation protocol when needed.
7. Communication & Reporting
- Submit daily operational reports, weekly performance summaries, and monthly reviews.
- Communicate consistently with the operations team leader.
- Execute promotions, new launches, and in-store marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role.
- Strong knowledge of FOH & BOH operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate responsibilities, and inspire performance.
- Financial acumen (food cost, labor cost, P&L basics).
- Strong customer service instincts and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with POS systems and scheduling tools.
- Understanding of food safety regulations.
- Organizational excellence and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and leadership.

$45,000-50,000 per year

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
