Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff member to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in customers with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe area, including tables, floors, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Monitor stock levels of supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Assist in party events as required, ensuring all aspects are executed smoothly.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, particularly concerning food preparation and handling.
- Support barista staff during busy periods by assisting with drink preparation and serving.
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
