Job Title: Floor Supervisor

Grand Central Bar on O’Connell Street is seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to join our front-of-house team.

The successful candidate will support management in overseeing daily floor operations, leading the team during service, and ensuring customers receive a friendly, efficient, and high-quality experience.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise floor staff during busy service periods
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations
• Support staff training, standards, and team communication
• Assist with bookings, table management, and customer queries
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and service standards
• Work closely with management to support the overall running of the venue

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior floor role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Organised, reliable, and professional
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
