Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the work needed to resurface and improve the appearance of various flooring surfaces in commercial and residential settings. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage time efficiently while performing tasks.
Duties
- Perform routine work of floors using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for floor care tasks.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained in good condition.
- Communicate with clients and team members to address any concerns or special requests regarding floor Installation.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled shifts while maintaining high standards of excellence.
- Assist with facilities maintenance duties as required, including heavy lifting of equipment or materials.
Experience,
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and coworkers.
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks.
- Experience in operating power tools and hand tools relevant to floor installations is advantageous.
- Must be physically capable of performing heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
