• Heavy lifting will be required. 12' carpet rolls and heavy lifting of cartons
• Learning industry tools and flooring nuances.
• Inventory skills and tool management.
• Good customer service and pleasant demeanor.
• Will be responsible for tools and van cleanliness.
• Gathering materials prior to the job, and putting them away when finished.
• Keeping a clean environment and cleaning up on the job.
• Need to show up on time, stay off phone.
• Need Driver's License.

Starting pay between $15-20 depending on experience. 30-day evaluation based on initiative and willingness to learn. 90-day evaluation for healthcare benefits and matching 401k*
