Flooring Sales Associate

Rafuse Home Hardware has an immediate opening for a full-time sales associate for our flooring department. The ideal person must provide reliable and friendly customer service. This would include greeting customers, providing product information, sute visits, timely quotes, follow ups, completing the sale, arranging installs and deliveries. Other responsibilities would be to maintain stock levels & pricing, maintaining your department's appearance, cycle counting, and learning about new trends and products. The new hire will work with vendors and other sales team members for training. This is an excellent full time position for someone who likes to interact and help people. • Be a team player.
• Report directly to floor manager and operations manager.
• Build new and maintain relationships with existing contractors and home owners.
• Participate in various training courses as needed.
• On site visits, measures and consultations.
• Source and order non stock products.
• Be flexible and help out co-workers when needed.
