Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floral Manager to lead our floral department. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a strong background in horticulture, retail sales, and customer service, with the ability to coordinate merchandising, inventory, and floral design. The Floral Manager will play a key role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the floral section while driving sales and fostering a welcoming environment for customers. Multilingual skills are a plus to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily floral department operations, including inventory control and merchandising
- Lead and train staff on floral arrangements, customer service standards, and sales techniques
- Oversee floral product displays to ensure visual appeal and seasonal relevance
- Handle cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions accurately
- Assist customers with floral selections, providing expert advice on plant care, gardening, and landscape maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of fresh flowers and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral department area
- Support online sales through localline platforms and manage order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and horticultural best practices
- Promote a positive team environment focused on customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail floral management or related field for minimum 5 years.
- Certificate of Korea Association of Lifestyle Flower Arrangement
- Strong knowledge of Asian influence design asthic, and floral design techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management
- Product acknowledgement of Korean made supplies and trend.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and sales support
- Familiarity with retail sales strategies and merchandising principles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $32.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
