Florist (Nov/Dec) For Christmas Wreaths/Decorations

Edwins Garden Centre at Clandon Park in Guildford is one of two family run garden centres with the sister centre in Woking. We have an established reputation for handmade Christmas Wreaths and Table Decorations. Over 600 Wreaths and Table Decorations are produced each Christmas.

This is a temporary position starting 21st November to after mid December, although there maybe scope for this to be extended. You will need to be available for at least 4 days a week including weekends. The work primarily will be:

Making Wreaths to be sold

Decorating pre-made Wreaths

Preparing material for Fresh Table Decorations

Making Table Decorations

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE EXPERIENCE OF AT LEAST 2 YEARS AS A FLORIST. Applicants during interview will be invited to make a wreath and a table decoration.

Holiday entitlement will accrue during employment and this will be paid with your final pay

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 weeks

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
