Job Details:
- Seeking 1 experienced delivery driver / floor staff
- Regular hours are 10am to 3pm.
- 3 to 4 days per week, with some Saturdays required
- Extra hours required at peak / busy periods / holiday cover for other driver.
- Light shop duties required when not out on delivery.
- All payments made through payroll, no cash payments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Loading the delivery vehicle and delivering orders as required.
- Fuel and clean delivery vehicle as required.
- Light shop duties as required (lifting and moving stock, cleaning glass vases, preparing sundries, and others as directed).
Applicants:
- Must hold a full clean and valid IRL/EU drivers licence for at least 2 years.
- Must have a PPSN and be legally allowed work in Ireland.
- Must have experience handling and delivering fragile items.
- Must be medically and physically fit to legally drive a small cargo van, and condut manual tasks.
- Must be 25 years of age or older (insurance purposes).
- Must be reliable, on time and presentable.
- Must be available for some Saturday shifts.
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have a polite and friendly demeanour.
- Experience an advantage but not required
- Must be able to provide high levels of customer service, be comfortable working in a retail environment and delivering to venues etc
