San Telmo is a much anticipated addition to Brisbane’s restaurant scene. In the same fashion as its flagship Melbourne venue, San Telmo Brisbane will be an Argentinian steakhouse known for its focus on traditional asado-style cooking, premium cuts of meat, and bold, rustic flavours. Inspired by the convivial spirit of Argentinian dining, San Telmo will bring a unique atmosphere to Brisbane’s restaurant scene with its authentic South American hospitality.
With an experienced Restaurant Manager already in place, we’re seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Supervisor to help lead the front-of-house (FOH) team at San Telmo Brisbane. These are hands-on leadership roles - ideal for someone who thrives on the floor and enjoys developing people in a premium, fast-paced environment.

Description:
At San Telmo Brisbane, our Restaurant Supervisor will lead the front-of-house team during service, ensuring smooth operations, high service standards and a great guest experience. They will support staff by conducting regular appraisals, training and providing real-time feedback - all while collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service flow and efficiency. The role also involves handling customer feedback with professionalism and care.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager role will be to manage the team-wide execution of these responsibilities, and consequently, the full day-to-day operations of the FOH team. Recruitment, onboarding, training, development, succession planning and rostering will also be important functions for the Assistant Manager to oversee in their role.
Skills and Experiences:
