Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced FOH Manager/Bartender who is dedicated to delivering outstanding service while also managing the front-of-house operations. This role requires a keen problem-solver with extensive full-service restaurant experience, a drive for growth, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop front-of-house staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Implement training programs and conduct performance evaluations to drive staff development and growth.
- Bartending Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with guests, offering recommendations and creating memorable experiences through exceptional service.
- Customer Service:
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Monitor guest feedback and service quality, making adjustments as needed to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Manage inventory and supplies for the bar and front-of-house, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment.
- Growth & Development:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of new strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in company initiatives and projects aimed at driving growth and expanding our restaurant group.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a full-service restaurant setting with a strong understanding of front-of-house operations and bartending.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing top-notch hospitality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
