- Provide overall Leadership and direction to the food & beverage team, servers/bartenders, and back end kitchen staff.
- Ensure the highest level of member and guest satisfaction by maintaining quality food, beverage, and service standards.
- Develop and manage annual F&B budget, including labor costs, cost of goods, and operating expenses.
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate F&B staff while fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Close eye on menu development, specials, and event offerings. Experience with Canva is a Plus as we use a lot for promotional flyers.
- Oversee planning and execution of member events, private parties, and banquets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Implement and monitor service training programs to maintain consistency and excellence.
- Maintain strong communication with members, staff, and the management team.
- Develop strategies to maximize revenue, control costs, and achieve financial goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
