62Thirty Cafe & Bar in Bunbury is hiring a food and beverage manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a lasting memorable experience for all guests of 62Thirty Cafe & Bar.
- Leading, rostering and training team members during service each day with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Curating and maintaining relationships with suppliers, with help from the FOH team.
- Reporting and liaising to owners / management.
- Managing reservations and organising function and events.
- Implementing strategies to help achieve growth and satisfaction.
Experience in restaurant management is desirable, opportunities for sponsorship. This is a full time position supported by a small team.
62Thirty Cafe & Bar is open from Tuesday to Sunday. The food and beverage manager will work on trading days until service has finished and close down is complete. Please contact us to enquire further.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $73,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bunbury, WA 6230: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Hospitality: 5 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
