About Us:
We are a Vietnamese restaurant dedicated to offering our guests an authentic dining experience with a focus on quality, service, and a warm atmosphere. We are seeking a manager to help our business. Our candidate should be someone who is quick, energetic, and has an understanding of Vietnamese food culture.
Job Description:
As the food and beverage manager, you will be responsible for the operation of the restaurant. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Daily management and oversight of restaurant activities
Handling incoming goods and inventory control
Developing and implementing strategies to improve the dining experience and
customer satisfaction
Training and leading staff
Budgeting and financial management
Ensuring high standards of service and hygiene
Creating an environment that values and integrates Vietnamese culture into the
restaurant’s operations
Qualifications:
Have experience in a leadership position within a restaurant, preferably a Vietnamese restaurant
Strong understanding of Vietnamese culture and culinary traditions
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Passion for food and service

Fremragende kommunikations- og ledelsesevner
Evne til at arbejde under pres og håndtere flere opgaver samtidigt
