Rochestown Park Hotel currently seeks to recruit an experienced F&B Supervisor to assist with the daily Supervision of the F&B Operation of:

* Sutton's Bar & Bistro

The role is full time (5/7 days) role with flexible hours of work both daytime & evenings.

Hours of Work - 40 per week.

Additional Duties

To supervise quality & service of the Food & Beverage Operations in either Suttons to meet and exceed customer standards and expectations.

To help raise the profile of all Food & Beverage outlets by providing the highest standard of customer care through team training and development

To understand the financial running of a business in order to maximise revenue in all Food & Beverage areas through up selling

The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

To lead by example, provide a positive attitude and enthusiasm about the Food & Beverage operation.

The training & development of team members through motivation and communication to ensure company, departmental & personal goals.

Person Specification/ Skills

Minimum 1/2 year’s experience at Supervisor / Senior Team Lead level in a busy food & beverage based environment

Hotel College degree or equivalent an advantage

Good Financial Acumen – Stock Control & POS MICROS experience.

Self-motivated, active and have a hands on attitude to getting things done.

Strong leadership qualities combined with people management, delegation & organisational skills essential.

Ability to drive excellence in people, standards and service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €32,500.00-€33,000.00 per year
