As our F&B Duty Manager, you will lead by example showing the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience.

As our F&B Duty Manager, you will receive:

• Salary: £33,047 per annum plus generous TRONC

We are looking for our F&B Duty Manager, who:

• Ensures our F&B outlets (M&E, Bar, Restaurant and Breakfast operation) run a smooth service that makes guests want to return
• Can inspire, coach, and mentor F&B team members
• Is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations
• Is available to work morning and late shifts
• Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, care
• Has previous experience working as F&B Supervisor / F&B Team Leader in the hotel
