And we’re looking for a Front of House Assistant Manager who can keep the good vibes flowing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Think of yourself as the ultimate host, coach, and problem-solver rolled into one. You’ll:

• Be the right hand to our GM, making sure every guest leaves smiling (and full).
• Lead and motivate a team of 20+ during those “all-hands-on-deck” peak hours.
• Juggle schedules like a pro while keeping labour costs in check.
• Welcome, train, and develop new hires so they shine on the floor.
• Jump in to expedite food and drinks when the rush hits – precision and speed are your superpowers.
• Keep communication flowing between front and back of house like a well-oiled machine.
• Handle guest questions, feedback, and the occasional curveball with grace.
• Oversee reservations, big parties, and events so everything runs smoother than fine wine.
• Keep the place looking sharp, safe, and spotless.
  

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking to bring someone on full-time and permanent (because we’re in it for the long haul) but if a contract setup works better for you, we’re totally open to chatting about that too.

• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in food & beverage.
• A proven track record in high-volume, casual-upscale environments.
• Smart Serve Certification (non-negotiable).
• Leadership chops that inspire your team to bring their A-game.
• The ability to multitask, pivot, and stay cool under pressure.
• A guest-first mindset with a love for food, drink, and hospitality.
• Flexibility to work days, late nights, weekends, and holidays (because that’s when the magic happens).

Bonus points if you’ve got:

• Food safety training.
• Expediting or kitchen ops experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
