The Hotel:

Aspect Hotel Dublin Park West is situated within the award-winning Park West Business Campus, near the city and all the major road networks. Access to and from the hotel is effortless and well located within just four miles West of Dublin City Centre. Access to the city is made easy by commuter train which takes just 8 minutes and there is also a regular bus service from just outside the hotel. It’s the ideal spot for people travelling for business or leisure, offering 141 guest bedrooms and serviced apartments as well as excellent conference facilities. We offer warm and friendly service to all of our guests and hope that you can become part of that team ethic.

The Role

We are on the search for enthusiastic, professional and friendly staff to join the food and beverage department of our busy hotel. You will be a motivated individual who has a keen understanding of the importance of good customer care, previous food & beverage experience would be advantageous ,and wants to join a team where career development is supported and encouraged.

The role will be for 20 hours per week , 5 days over 7, 4 hours a day, mostly evening shifts from 6pm to 10pm with some morning shifts on occasion.


About The Role

What’s involved in the role:

  • Greeting our restaurant guests, making them feel welcome and seat them appropriately.
  • Explaining the menu to our guests., offering advise and assistance and taking orders.
  • Stock up bar and preparing for service.
  • Keep work areas clean and tidy and tidy and set up after service.
  • Work with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of each service period, ie breakfast, lunch, dinner and meeting room service.


The person who may be suited to this role will have:

  • Previous hotel or restaurant experience.
  • Bar experience (preferable but not essential).
  • An eye for detail.
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm and friendliness in abundance!
