Skills and Experiences:
What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service to travelers and airport staff alike.
• Craft high-quality barista coffee and prepare delicious food options across multiple retail outlets.
• Maintain pristine cleanliness throughout the venue, including dedicated dishwashing and sanitising duties.
• Manage opening and closing procedures efficiently during 5:00 AM starts or late 9:00 PM+ finishes.
• Work independently and confidently during quieter periods to ensure smooth store operations.

About You

• Possess strong, proven barista experience or relevant hospitality qualifications.
• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate ready for airport retail.
• Maintain a valid open Driver’s Licence and own a reliable vehicle for early and late commutes.
• Demonstrate the flexibility to work varied rosters including weekends, public holidays, and split shifts.
• Bring a proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to manage tasks without constant supervision.
