The role

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join our team as a Group Food & Beverage (F&B) Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting, implementing, and optimising data-driven insights and analytics across the F&B operation.

This is a full time 12-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide data driven insights and recommendations to enhance revenue and identify efficiencies.
• Conduct ongoing analysis on F&B performance including supply and demand, pricing and product mix, customer segments, new asset performance and channel management.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and automation to streamline all reporting and analysis processes.
• Prioritise analytical requests and keep up with the dynamic, fast-paced, data-driven environment

About you

You’ll bring the following:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency with analytical and data visualization tools such as SQL and PowerBI.
• Ability to apply technical expertise and sound mathematics and statistical knowledge to support data discovery, gathering, cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
