Food & Beverage Duty Manager - Full Time

The Arlington Hotel is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong F&B background who is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing a high-performing team.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring service is efficient, professional, and guest-focused
• Supervise and support staff across bar, restaurant, and events operations
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high service standards
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest queries or complaints effectively
• Monitor stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Assist with rostering, staffing, and team development
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and company procedures
• Support the planning and execution of events and promotions
• Work closely with senior management to drive business performance and improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the hotel industry, with a strong Food & Beverage background
• Previous supervisory or management experience essential
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and use initiative
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Must be legally permitted to work full-time in Ireland
• Knowledge of the OPERA system is a strong advantage
