ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented F&B Controller to join our team and oversee food & beverage cost control, inventory management, stock reconciliation, outlet audits, and financial controls across our restaurant operations.

The candidate will be based out of Okhla Phase 1 and will be required to commute and travel to multiple operational outlets across Delhi NCR as and when required.

Currently, we have 6 operational outlets across Delhi NCR, and the role will involve coordinating with outlet teams and ensuring consistency and accuracy in F&B controls across locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and control Food Cost, Beverage Cost, and overall F&B costs across outlets.
• Conduct regular stock audits, physical stock verification, and inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor opening and closing stock and investigate discrepancies and variances.
• Analyse consumption, wastage, spoilage, breakage, and stock adjustments.
• Track food and beverage cost percentages and identify areas of variance.
• Review outlet-level purchases, transfers, consumption, and stock movement.
• Ensure proper documentation and recording of all inventory transactions.
• Monitor inter-outlet stock transfers and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct regular outlet visits for inventory checks and cost-control audits.
• Identify unusual consumption patterns, stock variances, and potential control gaps.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Finance, Kitchen, and Outlet Operations teams.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining effective inventory-control procedures.
• Prepare regular MIS reports, variance reports, stock reports, and F&B cost reports for management review.
• Support month-end closing activities related to inventory and F&B costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures related to purchasing, receiving, storage, and inventory.
• Assist management in identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency and reduce operational wastage.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of outlet reports.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in F&B Cost Control, Inventory Control, F&B Finance, or a similar role.
• Prior experience with restaurant chains, hotels, QSRs, cafés, or multi-outlet F&B operations will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of food cost, beverage cost, inventory management, stock reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Good knowledge of Excel and ability to work with MIS and operational data.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with multiple outlet teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel/commute to multiple outlets across Delhi NCR as and when required.
• Candidates with experience handling multiple restaurant outlets will be preferred.

WORK LOCATION & TRAVEL

Base Location: Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi

The candidate will be required to commute and travel to multiple operational outlets across Delhi NCR as and when required for stock audits, inventory verification, outlet checks, reconciliations, and coordination with outlet teams.

Current Operations: 6 operational outlets across Delhi NCR.
