What You'll Do

As the Outlet Manager, you will be the driving force behind our venue, responsible for all facets of the operation:

• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and inspire a fresh crew to deliver exceptional customer service and flawless sushi preparation.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including strict adherence to procedures from start to finish..
• Financial Management: Manage inventory, control budgets, and implement strategies to ensure maximum profitability.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain impeccable food safety, hygiene, presentation, and quality standards.
• Culinary Oversight: Demonstrate hands-on expertise in food preparation, setting the standard for quality that "wows" every customer.

Skills and Experiences:
Essential Requirements:

• Proven management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated hands-on knife mastery and a high level of skill in sushi and sashimi preparation.
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transport, essential for early morning starts.
• Flexibility and availability for a rotating seven-day roster.
