Working closely with the entire kitchen team and reporting to management (Sous-Chefs and Executive Chef), the Section Chef is responsible for preparing dishes, from prep to plating, to provide a first-class culinary experience for visitors to Disneyland Paris. Which team will you join?
Your Missions
As a true ambassador of the Disney experience, you will:
- Independently plan and execute production across all stations (cold, hot, dessert) from preparation to plating or buffet setup, in accordance with technical specifications and established quality standards
- Adapt to unforeseen situations (allergies, menu changes, special requests, etc.)
- Consistently adhere to health and safety standards (HACCP)
- Participate in the onboarding and training of new employees and assist in supervising our work-study students and interns
- Communicate decisions made by management while ensuring their implementation.
- Your Profile
- You have mastered all culinary techniques (preparation, cutting, various cooking methods, plating, etc.) and can perform them independently
- You have significant prior experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-volume restaurant
- You have a minimum B2 level of French
- You demonstrate a team spirit in all circumstances and are comfortable communicating in an international environment
- You are flexible and can be scheduled to work from 5:00 AM or until 2:00 AM, both on weekdays and weekends.

Additional Information:
You are applying for this role for:
Permanent contracts and fixed-term contracts ranging from 4 to 8 months (July and August are mandatory working months), running from March to November 2026, 35H per week.
Interviews will be conducted remotely for positions based in Marne-la-Vallée.
