Skills and Experiences:
What You'll Do

• Lead the evening team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Create exceptional coffee, cocktails and beverages with consistency and pride
• Coach and motivate team members to perform at their best
• Keep the venue running smoothly through strong organisation and planning
• Maintain high standards of presentation, food safety and compliance

About You

• Proven hospitality leadership experience in a café, bar or fast-paced venue
• Strong barista skills with confidence creating consistently excellent coffee
• Current RSA qualification and commitment to responsible service
• Passion for delivering memorable customer experiences
• Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire others
