What You'll Do

• Use your barista expertise to craft premium coffee and mentor the team in maintaining our high quality standards
• Oversee daily operations while cultivating a culture of exceptional service and managing eye-catching display cabinets
• Achieve sales targets, oversee staff performance, and coordinate shift breaks to ensure uninterrupted service
• Uphold rigorous standards for food safety, RSA compliance, and overall workplace regulations at all times
• Serve as the lead contact for both staff and patrons, resolving any concerns with professional composure and efficiency

Skills and Experiences:
About You

• Proven experience in a supervisory role with the ability to lead a diverse team under pressure
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and a current Driver’s Licence with a reliable vehicle
• Current Food Safety Supervisor and RMLV certifications are highly desired for this position
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering a premium retail coffee experience
• Full flexibility to work a rotation of morning and night shifts with essential weekend work
