What You'll Do

• Expertly prepare fresh sushi and sashimi to high-quality brand standards
• Lead the team to deliver fast and friendly customer service every time
• Jump into the trenches with dishwashing and general cleaning duties
• Work independently to open the store or close down after a busy day
• Manage stock levels and minimize wastage to hit store targets
• Enforce strict food safety standards as the certified Supervisor

Skills and Experiences:
About You

• You must hold a current and valid Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Professional hands-on experience making sushi and sashimi is essential
• A track record of reliability and working without supervision
• Previous experience leading a team in retail or hospitality
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressure
• Flexible availability to work across the airport trading hours
