Food Delivery Rider

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver orders accurately and promptly and deliver within stipulated timing.
• Ensure all items are handled with care and delivered in good condition.
• Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
• Handle customer inquiries or concerns during delivery.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company delivery policies.

Qualifications:

• A valid Class 2B license with minimum of 1 year of riding experience
• Punctual and reliable with strong time management skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
