What you will do:

This is a 4 year programme (based on progression) which includes 42.5 hours per week with release for university attendance at University of Lincoln (Holbeach Campus) to complete a BSc in Food Science and Technology.

Upon joining the scheme, you will embark on a comprehensive entry-level training program designed to equip you with everything you’ll need to become a valuable member of the sites technical function.

You will be mentored by industry experts, engaging in hands-on projects and taking responsibility to ensure the highest levels of product quality, safety, and compliance, all whilst working towards a BSc in Food Science and Technology with University of Lincoln.

What you will need:

· Be enthusiastic about a career in the food industry

· Be reliable and committed to completing a 4 year apprenticeship

· 3 A Levels and a minimum of Level 2 in English and Maths

· Experience within food manufacturing is beneficial

Pay and benefits:

· Salary: Starting salary of £24k per annum, to be reviewed throughout the apprenticeship.

· BSc in Food Science and Technology on completion of the apprenticeship, with opportunities for further training progression
