As a result, we are looking for experienced Process Workers to join our production team based at our facility in Banyo. They will manage day-to-day tasks and ensure the smooth running of production while adhering to safety and quality standards. Description:
We are looking for people who work best in a hands-on role, enjoy working as part of a diverse team but have the capacity to also work autonomously. We have permanent full time positions available for both afternoon and morning shifts, Monday to Friday:

• Afternoon Shift - 3:44 pm to 11:50 pm
• Morning Shift - 7:44 am to 3:50 pm

What will you be doing?

Packing Duties:

• Inspect and pack finished meals into cartons on the packing lines
• Label cartons with correct codes and dates
• Manage and control outgoing products
• Rotation work in freezer (must be able to work in freezer for 1 hour per day)
• Cleaning of floors, walls, conveyors, machinery, and other surfaces
• Sanitizing of machinery and all food production equipment to the highest standard
• Consistently deliver high-quality results each shift

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Able to work in cooler environments – our packing department operates at -4°C
• The ability to work under pressure and to strict time frames and quality standards
• Have a great eye for detail and take pride in your work and your team
• You enjoy doing physical and repetitive work and like to know what your work is every day
• Whilst not essential previous experience in a 24 hour FMCG environment working as a cleaner would be advantageous.
