We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Food Products Sales Executive to accelerate our market growth. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, aggressively identifying and closing new accounts. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for the food industry, a proven track record of hitting volume metrics, and a robust network of industry contacts.Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue: Build, manage, and expand sales volume within the assigned geographic territory to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • New Business Development: Identify, pitch, and onboard new accounts through cold calling, field visits, product demonstrations, and networking.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain deep, trusted relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., chefs, procurement managers, distributors, or category buyers).
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, tracking competitor pricing, new product launches, and shifting consumer demands.
  • Sales Administration: Utilize CRM software (Zoho) daily to manage the sales pipeline, log client communication, and track inventory forecasts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 2–5 years of B2B sales experience specifically within the food and beverage industry (Foodservice, Retail/CPG, or Industrial Ingredients).
  • Track Record: Proven success in hitting sales quotas, expanding territories, and launching new food items.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, time-management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for client site visits and regional trade shows.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation for daily territory travel.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary + commission structure.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
