Job Title: Food Runner
Location: Riverside Park Hotel
Reports to: Restaurant Manager
Job Type: Part-Time – Evenings Midweek & Weekends

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Food Runner to join our team at Riverside Park Hotel. This role is ideal for some seeking evening work both midweek & weekend in a dynamic hospitality environment. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers quickly and accurately, ensuring an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver food orders to guests efficiently and in a timely manner.
Assist servers in ensuring tables are properly set and cleared.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service area.
Ensure all food items meet presentation standards before delivery.
Assist kitchen and bar staff as needed.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Support the team during busy service periods.

Requirements:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not essential.
Must be available to work midweek and weekends
