Description and Responsibilities:

During this internship, you will have the unique opportunity to support the Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) team in a fast-paced and complex factory setting. This role offers a comprehensive and practical understanding of the FSQ field. It is an excellent opportunity for those seeking to broaden their experience and skills in a challenging and rewarding environment.

As part of the team, you will:

  • Measure compliance with defined quality standards and support continuous improvement by facilitating and participating in relevant Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
  • Help achieve quality standards and ensure adherence to GMP through effective management of the Quality Compliance Programme, delivering on agreed product specifications.
  • Facilitate the implementation of Quality Standards by coordinating necessary training and providing support to the operations team and other functional areas.
  • Assist in factory audits, including those conducted by customers and third-party organisations.

What You Need to Apply:

  • Studying Food Science, Food Safety, Quality Assurance or a related degree.
  • Results-oriented.
  • A motivated self-starter with the determination and drive to succeed.
  • An exceptional communicator.
  • Able to work effectively both in a team and independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
