Location: Palmerstown House, Dublin

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent (from 12pm/ 5 days per week)

Salary: €40,000

Palmerstown House, are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Food Supervisor to join our team. Excellent package of €40,000 for the right candidate.

This successful candidate with play a key role in the day to day running of the business, ensuring high standards of service, quality and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in an Irish restaurant who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys leading a team.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, motivate and supervise the team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Ensure efficient and timely food service
• Handle customer queries and feedback professionally and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and health & safety
• Assist with team training, scheduling and performance
