DonutNV is a fun, quick-service mobile food concept. We make hot fresh mini donuts and fresh squeezed lemonade, plus more!

The Position: We’re looking for an experienced quick service food service manager with a great attitude, proper identification and means of transportation. An ideal candidate would have a manager food safety certification, or ability to pass a manager food service certification. Must have weekday, weekend and holiday availability. The manager would be expected to operate the DonutNV donut machine, make donuts and know how to work the machine with ease. The manager would be responsible for making donuts and be able to address any sudden equipment issues with ease as to avoid any loss of sales or downtime. The manager would also be responsible to report any donut machine issues to senior management or franchise owner.

The manager would be responsible for cleanliness of DonutNV Harrisburg mobile unit and Donut NV machine. Candidate would be expected to manage a small team of people, motivate team to build sales and carry out basic work tasks (assist in setup and breakdown of mobile unit, make lemonade, coffee, etc.) The customer service baking manager would be responsible to carry out all logistics of event processes from obtaining inventory needed, menu, setup and breakdown. In specific cases, it could be an expectation for the manager to drive the DonutNV Harrisburg mobile unit to events. Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service industry
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in restaurant operations and serving
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
