Looking to fill a pivotal management position within our organization. Responsible for the day to day operations of the FOH to include all service level staff; Retail wine and gift shop sales; Excellent customer service skills with the innate ability to train and motivate staff. Great computer and POS skills. Has lots of creativity for menus, drink ideas, merchandizing.

A passion for wine-is a Must!

A Degree in Hospitality Mgt. ( wine, retail. restaurant) or minimum 5 years of working experience in a tourism destination facility or a combination of experience at a winery. The ideal candidate is a "take charge and get it done" personality. Well organized and self-motivated. Advanced wine knowledge preferred. Able to train, teach and demonstrate superior customer service skills to personnel.

Physical ability to lift and carry 40 lb wine boxes; walk and stand for extended periods of time; Must pass criminal background check; The full job description can be emailed upon request or at interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year

Experience:
