As a rapidly growing academy boasting approximately 150 vibrant youngsters between U5 and U13, we've set our sights on reaching around 200 kids by the season's end. Your Adventure Awaits – Key Responsibilities:

Coaching Extravaganza:

• Craft and execute top-notch technical and tactical coaching sessions tailored to your age group.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of our rising stars, all while keeping the training equipment in top-notch shape.
• Evaluate players' progress, turning each session into a learning spectacle.
• Infuse the spirit of Upskill Football Coaching – our culture and values – fostering respect and discipline among our players.
• Keep the fun alive by engaging in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to level up your coaching prowess.
• Provide coaching support wherever the game leads you.

Player Development Magic:

• Collaborate with the Head of Coaching to address the unique needs of every participant.
• Be a beacon of inspiration, promoting a healthy lifestyle and facilitating insightful learning for our aspiring footballers.
• Cultivate vibrant relationships with parents/carers across all our electrifying sessions and programs.

Safeguarding Mastery:

• Keep an eagle eye on potential safeguarding risks, working hand-in-hand with our management team to champion safer practices.
• Champion and abide by all policies, from Safeguarding to Equality and Health & Safety.
• Fearlessly follow whistleblowing procedures if any concerns arise.

Essentials – Your Qualifications Checklist:

• FA Level 1 in Coaching Football (Required), Level 2 / UEFA C preferred.
• Valid FA Safeguarding Children Certificate.
• Valid Basic First Aid for Sport Certificate.
• Enhanced DBS Check (because superheroes need background checks too).
• Full Driving Licence AND your trusty vehicle – ready for a coaching adventure!

Experience and Knowledge – Your Winning Streak:

• At least 3+ years of coaching experience – from various sessions to school environments, you've conquered them all.
• A strategic mastermind, adept at planning, setting up, and delivering football sessions with identified topics and objectives.
