Job Description
Are you a Senior Footwear Designer?
Do you move naturally between fashion, sport, and outdoor worlds?
Do you have a sharp eye for urban aesthetics, sporty lifestyle, and sneaker culture—while also understanding the technical demands of performance footwear?
Join our Softgoods team in our brand‑new Paris offices and help shape the next generation of Sportstyle Footwear collections.
Your Role
- Design products that meet consumer expectations and align with our design strategy.
- Integrate technical and economic constraints throughout the creation process (quality, cost, timelines).
Your Mission
- Research, study, and analyze consumer needs, as well as market and cultural trends.
- Explore creative directions and propose design concepts based on project briefs.
- Build, maintain, and evolve the product toolbox for the category.
- Produce and update design files, design packs, and visual presentations.
- Apply and ensure the consistency of design guidelines across all project phases.
- Co‑develop designs with Development and Marketing teams up to the sample stage.
- Present and communicate design concepts (sketches, mock-ups, prototypes) to project teams and management.
- Define the project roadmap—methodologies, tools, timelines, and creative approach.
Qualifications
- Education : Master degree in design/product design or equivelent preferred

Experiences :
- 5 years experiences minimun in the Footwear industry
- Knowledge of product design, current design trends, target markets (needs, attitudes, consumer behavior).
- Knowledge of 3D creative processes.
- Knowledge of materials.
- Creativity required.
Sportstyle Knowledge:
A sharp sense of urban aesthetics, sporty lifestyle, and sneaker culture.
Ability to move seamlessly between fashion, sport, collaborations, and street trends.
- Languages : English; fluent and French; a plus

Tools :
- Proficient with Office Pack.
- Proficient with Adobe design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Contract: Permanent position (Full-time)
Location: Role based in Paris, within our new Creative Hub
Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to our manufacturing sites in Asia, to key markets (Asia, US, Europe), and to attend Fashion Weeks.
