Description about project/department:
Som prosjektleder vil du være ansvarlig for å lede topside-modifikasjonsprosjekter for fasiliteter som opereres fra våre kontorer i Harstad og Stjørdal. Dine oppgaver vil variere fra tidlige faser, som for eksempel studier (Front End Loading, FEL), til gjennomføring og fullføring av prosjektene.
Description about task and responsibilities:
Du vil ha ansvaret for å sikre at sikkerhetsstandarder opprettholdes i alle dine prosjekter, identifisere og håndtere risiko, og sørge for at prosjektene leveres i tråd med budsjett og tidsplaner. Du vil også lede, motivere, trene og utvikle medlemmene av prosjektteamet ditt.
Competence Requirements:
Du må besitte en god forståelse for sikkerhet og risikostyring, kostnadskontroll, fremdriftsplanlegging, samt ha kjennskap til topside-operasjoner innen olje- og gassindustrien. Lederegenskaper er også essensielle for rollen.
Start date: 23.03.25 + 3x3 moths option
End date: 29.04.26
