Raven Telecom is seeking Experienced Telecommunications Tower Foreman / Lead Hands.

Experience we are looking for:

• Have previously been employed as a Lead Hand or Foreman in the tower rigging industry
• Have experience rigging towers, installing Antennas, working with Fiber Optic cables and DC power cables
• Can lead a crew and train less experienced workers
• Microwave / backhaul experience

What were also looking for:

• Reliability - you can be relied upon to show up to work on time and ready to work (this is probably the most important thing)
• Integrity - you have a desire to do good and honest work

A typical day:

• Prep Materials, Load up truck and trailer, install 3 x AAU antennas on a 300' or less Guyed Tower, Install FO/DC trunk cables, Azimuth Antennas, complete other small tasks throughout the day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 75 per week
