Responsibilities

Working as part of a team on a manufacturing cell, you will be performing many job responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Set-up, maintain and operate presses
• Changeover tooling and adjust strokes and clearances with presses and various forging equipment
• Enter commands to start/stop robot, observe robotic operation, and monitors HMI controller for malfunctions and error messages.
• Communicate and work alongside engineering team to troubleshoot issues and maintain tooling.
• Make adjustments to induction heating unit controls and minor adjustments to auxiliary equipment as needed through HMI controller
• Frequently inspect parts for defects
• Assist in mixing lubricants as needed
• Handle large tools and tooling with assistance
• Monitor temperature, pressure and other gauges
• Report any equipment or facility defect(s) or mechanical malfunctions to Supervisor/Manager
• Assist in training other operators as requested
• Maintains housekeeping and safety standards in work area.

Job Requirements:

• Must have High School diploma or GED with the ability to count numbers, use of basic math and complete simple paperwork. Must be mechanically inclined and possess basic computer skills. Experience running machinery on production line required. Prior robotic technical experience preferred,
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 100 lbs. with assistance, ability to stand for an 8-10 hour period required
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and understand instructions and safety procedures
• Must wear proper protective equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Salary based on experience

Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
