Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative job opportunity

Silverstream Packaging Limited is a subsidiary of Versatile Packaging, we are nationwide suppliers of disposable products to the catering and retail industry. We are an expanding young company based in Little Island, Co. Cork. This is an ideal opportunity for highly motivated individuals, willing to pursue a career in a small fast growing environment.

Role: Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative

Salary: DOE

Responsibilities:

Assist the warehouse team in the picking, loading and unloading of stock throughout the warehouse
Checking in stock and reporting to purchasing department on discrepancies
Effectively communicate with Warehouse Management and other departments
Ensure health and safety policies are continuously upheld
Any other such duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your Warehouse Manager

Requirements:

3 years experience in a warehouse role
Attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of warehouse procedures
Strong organisational and self-management skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks within a busy environment and to specific time frames
Ability to work in a pressurised environment and with individuals at all levels
Forklift License - Isle Master & Man Up
Manual Handling
Full Drivers License
