  • Own customer implementations from requirements gathering and data discovery through deployment and post-launch support.

  • Conduct technical and data walkthroughs with customer stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with customers and their vendors to obtain access, credentials, APIs, and other information required for data integrations.

  • Troubleshoot implementation and data issues and work closely with internal Engineering and Product teams to resolve them.

  • Translate customer requirements and feedback into actionable technical and product requirements.

Data Engineering & Integration

  • Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for healthcare and operational data.

  • Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, files, and third-party systems.

  • Perform API-to-data mapping and configure data ingestion into Lakehouse environments.

  • Work with large datasets and perform source-to-target reconciliation, data quality checks, and transformation.

  • Collaborate with Engineering teams on application development and data-layer integrations.

  • Work with modern cloud and Lakehouse platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or Snowflake.

Analytics & Power BI

  • Develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and executive-level KPI views across operational, financial, clinical, and other business domains.

  • Design star-schema data models, semantic models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.

  • Perform end-to-end data validation, including row counts, KPI verification, aggregations, and source-to-target reconciliation.

  • Manage report publishing, refresh schedules, and row-level security within Power BI Service.

  • Translate business requirements and complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.

AI & Product Engineering

  • Leverage AI-powered development and analytics tools to accelerate implementation and problem-solving.

  • Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, reliability, and business relevance.

  • Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of AI-powered healthcare applications.

  • 2–5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, BI, implementation engineering, or a similar technical role.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data transformation, integration, and validation.

  • 2+ years of hands-on Power BI experience, including DAX, Power Query, semantic models, dashboards, and Power BI Service.

  • Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines using a cloud or Lakehouse platform such as Databricks, Azure, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric.

  • Strong understanding of data modeling, including star/snowflake schemas and semantic models.

  • Experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple systems.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customers and external vendors.

  • Ability to independently own technical deliverables in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

  • Comfortable working in PST/PDT hours to support U.S.-based customers.

Preferred Skills
